Sovereign healthcare is West Yorkshire's leading health care cash plan provider. The challenge was to identify and understand their core customer behaviour patterns and to explore opportunities within the local area to attract new members.

Created a profile of their existing customer base and identified the most responsive and profitable customers . Extended the profile and matched it to people within the Bradford and Leeds area to target for a recruitment campaign.
Impact:
Sovereign gained insight into the profile of customer that they attract, this insight can guide them in choice of media and tone of voice for future marketing activity.
