RIAS are a leading insurance broker, specialising in older age groups. They have a suite of insurance products including motor, home and contents insurance to promote to the customers of one of our retail clients.

Comprehensive management of a highly successful telemarketing and postal campaign aimed at contacting club members in advance of insurance renewal. Captured renewal dates in a periodic postal data collection exercise. Testing and analysis were used to improve results and achieve higher responses.

Impact:

Outstanding response rates for data collection activity and renewal coupons. Produced significant revenues for all parties.
