Challenge:
Yorkshire’s famous Meadowhall shopping centre wanted to reduce the issues it's marketing team had accessing their Go Shop customer database .
dmb Response:
Provided an online database management system - dmbank, with desktop access to all customer data. Team members can run counts and queries and produce extracts to use in campaign activity.
Impact:
Immediate access to the database presented in an easy to use format. No longer have to request reports from the IT team.
