Challenge:
Leeds University is one of the top 10 major research and teaching universities in the UK. Their alumni department lacked vital information to enable them to contact their graduate database as home address is less successful as people move house after finishing university.
dmb Response:
Provided a data health check to assess the quality of their data. Matched and updated their 60,000 graduate database using email and telephone number append service.
Impact:
Leeds University were provided with a more cost effective method of contacting their alumni. They can now deliver multi channel campaigns.
