Kingfisher group is Europe's leading home improvement retailer. They reward their 75,000 current and retired staff with a 20% B&Q discount card. They wanted an easy way to get these ordered and distributed each month.

Staff database system built and online access enabled Kingfisher's HR department and their operating companies to easily update new starter and leaver information. Bi-monthly extract and production of card welcome packs for distribution to head office, stores and home addresses. Customer services, stock control and full management reporting.
